SnowmobileTrails: Klamath Basin and Chiloquin Ridge, Southwest Oregon
This map of the snowmobile trails in Southwest Oregon was designed for use on Avenza and is updated annually in partnership with the area grooming clubs and recreation managers to show seasonal and temporary closures and changes to groomed routes. It has all of the groomed snowmobile trails, designated ungroomed routes, trail access/Sno-Parks and winter facilities in the county as well as recreation roads. Public lands are color coded to show where users can ride off-road/trail, where they must stay on trail and areas where snowmobiles are not allowed. The map includes the trail systems groomed by the Klamath Basin Snowdrifters, Chiloquin Ridge Riders, Walker Rim Riders and the Rogue Snowmobile Club in Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, Fremon-Winema National Forest, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and Crater Lake National Park. The map also snows selected Nordic/snowshoe trail systems but is not optimized for those activities. The map is 22”x40” at a scale of 1:120,000.
